What is in a Grant + Giada Box?

Each box is specifically curated for your child to provide them with stylish, fashion-forward accessories. Every 3 months, 10 to 12 pieces will be hand-selected and sent to your child. Each box could contain items such as hair accessories, jewelry, hats, scarves, belts, ties, suspenders, socks, tights, lapel pins, coin bags or purses to name a few which are sure to provide your child’s look with their finishing touch!

How does the Grant + Giada subscription work?

The Grant + Giada Box is shipped quarterly or every 3 months. Your card is charged on the first day of each shipping month. There are no contracts or fees. You are free to cancel your subscription box any time after your first box has been shipped.

Do I customize the contents of my child’s boxes?

At this time customization is not available.

How old do I need to be to order?

We require all customers to be 18 years or older.

I just signed my child up! When will we receive our first box?

If the box for the current quarter is available, your first box will be shipped within 5 business days. If the current quarter’s box is sold out, your first box will be shipped the following quarter.

I have more than one child that will benefit from having a subscription to Grant + Giada! Are there discounts offered for more than one box subscribed to?

Yes! We are proud to offer 10% off your total price of your subscription if you have more than one child subscribed to our service. The subscriptions must be linked under the same guardian’s account so the appropriate discount can be applied.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card is charged up front when you join. This pays for your first box. The subsequent recharge dates for future boxes are charged the first day of each shipping month automatically until cancelled by you.

When does the box ship?

The box will ship on the 5th day of each shipping month for the quarter. If the projected shipment date is a holiday or weekend, the box will ship on the following business day.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is on us!

What countries do you ship to currently?

At this time we can only ship to the United States, but we are working to be able include other countries in future.

Can I change my shipping address?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to follow. Please note your box will be delivered without signature confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their box can be delivered and left unattended without signing for it upon delivery. Grant + Giada is not liable for boxes stolen or lost in transit.

What if I did not receive my box?

In the case that your Grant + Giada Box does not arrive, please email us at info@grantandgiada.com within 2 weeks of receiving your tracking information, and let us investigate for you! Any refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Grant + Giada, and we are not responsible for boxes shipped to incorrect addresses, or lost or stolen in transit.

What if any of my items arrive damaged?

Please email us at info@grantandgiada.com within 5 days of receiving the damaged item and include photographs of the damaged products, and we will make it right.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Did you know you have access to skip shipments at any time by logging into your account? Subscribers can cancel any time and there are no cancellation fees. In order to cancel your subscription, please contact us at info@grantandgiada.com All cancellations will apply to future charges. Charges already incurred cannot be refunded.

Do you accept returns?

All purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. Any box returned by a customer, all or in part, will not be eligible for a refund.
